In this section you will find articles written about my dining experiences. Articles are sorted by location and restaurant name. These articles are not
intended to be formal reviews but I have dined at each location and simply will be sharing my personal experience. Please note that some of the
articles were written months or even years after the fact. Each entry will be titled with the name of the restaurant, the location, type of food and the
date. I still think the Hudson Valley is an underrated food destination for that will be my focus but I'll also include other locations. According to Evelyn
Kanter's guide book, "Eating the Hudson Valley", our region has the largest concentration of world-class chefs and restaurants outside of a major city. I
